Signwritten fascias, corner sign, pictorial flag signs and faux ghostsign for The Pelican pub in Notting Hill.
Working in collaboration with Tyler & Co, all aspects of this historic pub’s signs were redesigned in a nod to the pub’s original spirit from the 19th Century, using neutral colour palettes, simple, traditional layouts and delicate decorative touches.
The pictorial flag signs intend to ‘bring to alive’ The Pelican’s new logo. Painted in the style of anatomical illustrations, they provide a subtle burst of colour on the frontage.
The interior features signwritten wayfinding signage throughout the pub.
